Every custom grillz order begins with your design idea. We’ll discuss the look you’re going for, including tooth placement, metal, shape, finish, and any additional design details.
Accurate dental impressions or recent dental scans are required before production. Impressions can be completed through Statement92, or you may provide a recent scan completed within the last two weeks.
Once the fit and design details are confirmed, your grillz are created specifically for your teeth and move into production. This may include design development, casting, finishing, sanding, polishing, and final quality checks.
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials selected, and number of teeth. Your estimated timeline will be confirmed before production begins
Care
To help preserve the finish and appearance of your jewelry, store it in a dry place when not in use and clean gently with a soft jewelry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture.

Each made-to-order piece begins with your selected design and specifications. Once all details are confirmed, your piece moves into production.
