MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we can only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.
IF SOMETHING IS SOLD OUT, CAN I PREORDER IT?
At the moment, we don't do preorders. If you see something you like you're welcome to email S92JewelryCo@Statement92.com -- it's possible another one can, be made for you.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY RING SIZE?
I have a "ring size guide tab" on my site to help you figure out how to properly measure your finger.
WILL THE JEWELRY TARNISH?
Our jewelry is sterling silver, White Gold, and Yellow Gold. None of which will tarnish however I do always suggest removing jewelry before showering as overtime, the shine will decrease due to oxidation. You can have cleaning done to your jewelry as well too!
Any AfterCare Tips?
To clean your jewelry, use a fine jewelry cloth and gently rub it along your Statement92 pieces.
Do you offer mold kits for grillz?
At this time, we do not offer mold kits.
