When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 15 business days for made to order selections & for custom jewelry we will discuss the specific timeline for the design you request. Work doesn't begin unless contract has been discussed and signed.
How do I make a return?
Unfortunately, with the type of product that we sell, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Are there any return fees?

Why isn’t my order being processed?
Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same otherwise the order will automatically get flagged. We will not ship if your order is flagged for any reason.
