When will my order ship?

Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for ready made jewelry orders to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please allow up to 3-6 weeks for custom sterling silver orders. Further discussion upon purchase will be discuss based off the complexity of the order. 

 How do I make a return?

Unfortunately with the type of product that we sell, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

Are there any return fees?
